UAH presence at the Road to Smart Cities and Digital Sustainability webinar
SMACITE's partner Luis Fernández from Universidad de Alcalá presented the project SMACITE for the development of two new professional roles for Smart Cities mapped to ESCO and e-CF during the Road to Smart Cities and Digital Sustainability webinar organized on 5th of December,
The connection between the digital and green transitions is becoming more and more important. As society becomes increasingly digital, we must ensure that this feeds into the strategy for a more sustainable economy in the future. This webinar focused on current projects supporting this overlying goal, which includes the development of smart cities as well as more sustainable practices in the private sector.
During the event, the SMACITE project was covered for the development of two new professional roles for Smart Cities mapped to ESCO and e-CF, as well as a new European project for a Secure and Sustainable digital infrastructure. Moreover, the webinar had a look at a case-study for smarter and more sustainable practices in end-to-end software and cloud technology solutions company, SoftwareONE.
